I recently resolved an issue with our setup that was not recognizing completed payments from Paypal therefore the status is Pending.  I need to go in and change quite a few to attendee statuses to Completed and I am unable to through the edit payment drop down, it will not accept Completed as a choice and keeps it Pending.

How can I do this?  Through MyPHPadmin one of the databases?
Thanks!

Hi Ross,

You need to put in a New payment for the amount owed and it should automatically update to complete.

If Total Amount Owing > Total Amount Paid to Date ee will not allow you to set the status to complete.

If you have a lot of attendees to amend it’s going to take a while.

You could do it through the db, although I guess that depends how confident you feel with phpmyadmin?
