Your question seems to have not come through, but based on the title I am assuming you want to add tags to events? Unfortunately events do not support tags, they do however support categories from the Event Categories menu.
I am aware that plugin doesn’t have inbuilt tag functionality , I just wanted to know , Is there any way where we can extend the plugin and add to custom tags to it .
In 3.1.X events are not a true Custom Post Type which means extending them to add tags would require adding additional coding across large sections of the plugin.
SO whilst it is possible, it would be hard work, especially if you dont know the ins and outs of the plugin code.
I know in 4.0 the developers are looking to change how events are dealt with more in line with a custom post type, but I dont know the exact details on that yet.
