Is it possible to hide some of the meta boxes within Event Overview pages?

I’d like to remove “Event Pricing” (all our events will be free) so it doesn’t make the page more complicated for my event creators.

Hello Ginger,

Currently the only way to do that is to hack the core files. We do have in our huge and ever growing list of feature requests and enhancements, a note to add this capability. I just cant advise if/when it will be implemented.

Hi Dean,

Thanks for the response. A fix I did was to add some functions to set those div ID’s to {display: none} in custom-functions.php. I just didn’t want the user to see the boxes on their screen.

It seems to work, but I’d like to double-check if that’s a safe idea?

Thanks again.

Hey Ginger,

That sounds like a brilliant fix!
