1. People can still see and book past events? How can I hide these? I have searched the forums and it appears I have ticked all the right boxes but no joy!

2. Payment gateways – I have two options but when it goes to the payment page it defaults to paypal and redirects them there automatically, how do I stop that and let them choose?

Hi,

1) Are these recurring events?

2) You can disabled this by going to Event Espresso -> Payment Settings. ‘Paypal Settings.

Look for ‘Bypass Payment Overview Page’ and set this to ‘No’. Then update the settings.

Hi Tony, thanks for the payment issue, sorted now! The events are recurring.

This is usually due to incorrect settings for the type of events when creating the series with REM.

Rather than toing-and-froing with multiple questions, is it possible for me to log-in and take a look?

If so please send log-in details using http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
