I have an event on the a calendar that was accidentally checked off as recurring. Now I have about 5 of the same time on different dates (for example on October 20th there are 5 slots that say 7pm) I try to find them on the event over view, I’ve looked through all the events and it does not show up. How do I find it and delete it off of the calendar?
Please help! Thanks in advance!

HI Maria,

How are you today?

In the Event Overview, can you make sure you’re filtering for the right events? You can also type the names of those duplicate events to locate them and delete them. Make sure your filters aren’t excluding some of the events from showing up.

The other thing you can do is be logged in to your website, then navigate to each even. At the bottom of the event registration/details page there should be an “Edit Event” link where you can edit (and delete) that event: http://www.screencast.com/t/YVATe1VW

Did that help or can you still not find them?

Hi,
I still cannot find it. I’ve tried everything. I see when you click on the website and go to an event and click on “edit event”. The thing is, these classes that I am trying to remove are sold out and closed, the “edit event: does not pop up when the event is closed.
Any other help???

Hi Maria,

On the screenshot Garth posted. http://www.screencast.com/t/AMmE0LfDV5h

Set the Status Filter (‘Active/Ongoing’ in the pic) to ‘All (Active/Inactive)’

On the left hand side you can see ‘Retrieve’ then a drop down with 50.
Change that value to ‘All’ and click Retrieve.

That will pull all events from the database and you should then be able to find your events.
