Groupon codes

Is it possible for me to change the wording on the ‘Enter Promotional/Discount Code:’ to ‘Enter Groupon Reference Code’

The only code that is consitent for all booking is the ‘reference code’. This will then not charge them when they check out

I can then create a question box asking for Groupon security code in a questions box (Which i need to claim back money)

This is the only way I can figure it out. The groupon pluggin is pointless unless it ask for ‘Groupon reference code’

Otherwise the customer just puts in the wrong code (They get sent 3)

Any thoughts?

Hi Andy,

The promotional/discount code is a separate field intended for using the promo code feature. After installing the groupon add-on, set the events that will be accepting groupon codes in the event editor by selecting the “Allow groupon codes” option. This will display a groupon code input box labeled: “Do you have a GROUPON code?”

Line 49 of use_groupon_code.php is where you’ll find this text string.
