Hi,

I activate the groupon addon on my event but once i assign the code after use it shows active and keep working.. What i am doing wrong?

Hi Alicia,

So you have registered for an event and used the code but it still shows as active in the social coupon (groupon) menu page?

If so, did the registration get finalised?

Hi Dean,

My only concern is to manage the promotion code e.g. if i give promotion code to my customer once they use that they cannt use or email to any other person to avail.

I am using promotional codes thing but it is not allowing me to do what i mean above??? Can you please tell me what is the best way??

Hi Alicia,

I have responded to your other thread about the usage of promotional codes. If possible can we discuss this on one thread or the other as the questions are related and its going to get confusing otherwise.
