I’ve just moved my site over from my development install in order to put it live. For some reason I can no longer get the google map to work it’s just pulling through a blue image that has google written on it. You can see it here http://dev.schoolforstartups.co.uk/launcher/somerset-house-london/ (the actual google map is one I’ve embeded via the google iframe as I need to launch the site tomorrow)

The only difference I can think of is that I’m now running 3.5?

This might be relevant – the site is in a multi install but was the core site on the development server but isn’t anymore?

Hi Nova,

Do you have a test event I can look at showing the issue?

I’m launching the site today so had to take the example down – I’ll set one up on a hidden page as soon as I’ve got the launch sorted.

Hi Nova,

We haven’t heard back on this, but I wanted to check in and see if you were still having problems with the Google map.

I am still having issues – have just been really busy – will set up an example page this weekend.

Hi Josh

I managed to fix this myself – I tested it out with a few other addresses and it was an error with the event address. Oddly it found the link to the venue on google but didn’t pull the image. I put the address in exactly the way google had it and the image came through.

thanks

Nova
