| April 30, 2013 at 2:42 pm I’ve tried different ways to input an address in an event listing but the google map shortcode only shows a blank or blue square, no map. When I type in the same address in google, the map shows correctly. Is there a reason why this shortcode is not working? |

| April 30, 2013 at 5:42 pm Hi Ray, Are you using the venue manager? That might work better than using the old venue fields that show up in the event editor when the Venue manager is disabled. You can enable the venue manager in Event Espresso>General settings under Advanced settings. If that doesn’t seem to make a difference, can you post the address here as well as the shortcode that you have set up so we can investigate further? |
