Hi guys,

Trying to help my client with this problem where despite their customer having a declined credit card, they are presented with the “Thank You” page after registration. So, unless they read carefully, it looks like they are registered for the event. They are using authorize.net for their payment gateway.

Is there a way to send customers with a declined card to a different page instead of the “Thank You” page?

Hi Greg,

There isn’t. The thank you page could be renamed to something more neutral though, such as Payments or something more suitable.
