I started a post (Booking classes in Blocks) that was closed for replies when I checked it again. The post related to Block booking classes and about how the feature was lacking in Event Espresso. Unfortunately this is a deal-breaker for me so I decided to go with another event management system. I have had Event Espresso for three weeks at this point and I won’t be using it on my website. How do I go about getting a refund on this (I purchased the Business Licence)?

Hello Andrea,

Sorry to hear that Event Espresso isn’t the right choice for you, we do work hard to implement as many features as we can but not everything makes it through.

Our refund policy is outlined here in the FAQ section at the bottom, and you can contact sales@eventespresso.com should you wish to discuss it further.
