Getting 5 confirmation emails for each registration. Have the latest Event Espresso and plugins

Hi,

This is generally a server issue or occasionally a communication issue between EE and the gateway.

Some things to try and check:

Are all the Event Espresso core pages, published and accessible?

Have you tried using a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP? Or a service such as Mandrill?

I installed WP Mail SMTP…. Still getting 2 confirmation emails.

Hi Dorian,

Typically Event Espresso will send out one confirmation to the admin and one to the ticket purchaser. Are the two emails exactly the same?
