Hi all,

Support is hard to reach so I hope I can ask this here.
I am looking into using Event Espresso for my 4 day event registration where one can book various services available on the event.

Main features I would like to use are the “Add to cart” add-on so as to have the possibility to select multiple events/services per event/day.
And the ticket add-on.

As to the “Add to cart” add-on. Would like to test its functionality and settings possibilities before getting a paid account. Is this possible?

And to the ticket add-on.
As the event has the possibility to select multiple services on one day, through various days of the event, I wonder if the ticket can hold all these separate “events/services” and present the info when scanned at the door on check-in or during the event?
Max number of services would be 4 per day during a 4 day event, makes 16 total.

If the ticket functionality mentioned above would be possible, this would make Event Espresso the main choice for me as it takes away a great deal of the admin on the event days itself which other event registration developers don’t have.

Looking forward to the response.

Regards, Jan.

Hello Jan,

Yes, we do have a test drive site. If you will fille out the Sales/Billing form on this page, and specify that you would like to test the ticketing app, we will get you the information you need in order to test it.

Yes. I think that Event Espresso can handle what you are needing with the ticketing add-on. One thing to keep in mind is that the events will have separate tickets.

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for your reply and explanation. I will fill out the sales/billing form to get the test set-up active and go from there.

Regards,
Jan Hilt.
