When my events send a confirmation email, they come through with the correct option set in General Settings for the email, but the “From” field of the email says “WordPress”. Where do I go to customize this?
Thanks Josh. I enabled the fancy headers but still am not seeing the option of where to customize the “From” field. It’s still coming through as “WordPress.”
I have the same problem. But after I enable Fancy Headers the emails stopped coming through altogether. I’m assuming my mail server isn’t fond of the format or something. Once I turned off Fancy Headers the confirmation emails started coming through again.
I ran into this problem before and found another way to fix it but now I cannot for the life of me remember what it was. Can someone tell me another way to fix this problem? I cannot have my confirmation emails showing as coming from “WordPress.” Thanks.
I used a WP plugin called “wp mail from”. Works like a charm.
