While doing some testing and seeing the “download pdf invoice” in a confirmation email, i click the link but then i get taken to a page with this error “FPDF error: Alpha channel not supported: http://www.domain.com/wp-content/themes/usc/images/logo.png”
does this just mean i can’t use png’s as the main logo in general settings?
I Updated the logo in the general settings to a jpg but it seems the system is still using the old path to the png for some reason (unless i set this somewhere else and forgot?). I ended up just manually changing the path in the options table in the DB and this resolved the error/issue.
That’s correct, atleast that fixed the error/issue for me. Soon as I switched to a jpg with a white BG (bg color shouldn’t matter), I no longer received the error about the .png transparency
A png image might work, it would need to be flattened to not include the alpha layer.
