First Data Login/Payment Processing Problems

We are having immense difficulties setting up our CC payments through First Data. We have called their help line repeatedly and they do not know what is wrong. The button for payments shows up but then there is an error code instead of a payment page.

An email then comes through that says
* x_login : x_login too long. Maximum length is 20
* x_relay_url : Invalid x_relay_url. Must be the same as configured for the payment page

First Data has supplied all the information they can. They said the login code being too long has something to do with the plugin.

I would like for this to get resolved to working order with our support (any additonal tokens).

I see that you attempted to register for our event but selected the FREE option – it would need to be the $35 dollar one to see the problem

There was an extra space at the end of your payment page id in the firstdata settings. It probably got in there from a copy-paste. I removed it, and it looks like everything is working now.
