Hi!

I’m thinking of buying the pro-version of Event Espresso but before that I’d need to know if it’s possible to filter events by date and by event in a dropdown menu.

I’m developing a site for a movie theatre and it should be possible to select a date from a dropdown list of dates (like 2 weeks period) and then get a list of movies that play that day. And also you should be able to select a movie from a dropdown list and then see the showing times for each day. Is that possible?

Hi Kristiina,

This would require some custom development in order to filter events by date in the event list. We have a few ready made shortcode example templates available in the custom files add-on that display date dropdown lists selector. These could be used as a starting point, as there isn’t a working example that filters by a range of dates.
