I am using:
WordPress 3.6.1
Event Espresso Version 3.1.35.1.P with Ticketing add-on Version 2.0.10.2.p
This is not a new installation.
The registration page is http://familybuilders.net/event-registration/?ee=15
That function was introduced in php version 5.3. Can you go to EE->help/support and go down to the “important information” section? There will be an entry for php version. If it is less than 5.3 then you may need to upgrade your php version.
It depends on your hosting type and provider. If you have a VPS where you manage the server yourself, then you would have to do it. If you have shared hosting where your provider manages the server, then your provider’s tech support would have to do it.
I checked with my hosting provider and found out how to edit the .htaccess file to take advantage of the newer php version. All is well and working as it should. Thank you!!
