| April 22, 2014 at 1:12 am Hi Sue, It appears you have 2 instances of the Voucher Import Tool uploaded, one already activated and the current version you are trying to activate. You can only have one instance of the plugin activated. /espresso-voucher-import/ & /espresso_import11/ If you go to you Dahsboard -> Plugins can you see ‘Event Espresso – Voucher Import’ listed as activated within that page?
