I am trying to export attendees for an event and when I click on “export” it takes me to a screen that looks like this: http://i45.tinypic.com/15d9vl4.png
What am I do wrong?
It looks like your version of Firefox is opening the download in the browser rather than opening it as a file. This doesn’t happen when I test in Firefox (16.0.2 on OSX). It may be related to the version of FF you have installed or the version of Event Espresso you are using. You could try doing Save As… on the page you are taken to and saving it as an .xls file.
Save as in not working… I have tried 2 other browsers and getting the same result. Currently using EE 3.1.27.P. I have still not upgraded to WP 3.5 yet… Can I install the newest version of EE 3.1.29 without upgrading the WP 3.5?
I tried to do an automatic update from my WP dashboard and here is the error message I get: http://i46.tinypic.com/1twizd.png
I am hoping an update of the plugin will fix my problem with downloading the attendees list. I look forward to hearing back from you :-) Lisa
@Lisa
I’ve reset your license key. Go back into your Event Espresso General Settings page and re-save your options, then try the update again. It should work this time.
