For some reason when I try to output my attendee data to Excel / CSV I get bad data. In the attendees area of the website back end everything looks correct, but the exported versions have the same attendee name and information on every line. Interestingly, there are the proper number of lines in the spreadsheet. By this I mean that there are say 20 attendees in the WordPress back end, and 20 lines in the spreadsheet.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I haven’t heard of this issue before. Is this all test attendee information? Can you post a link to your spreadsheet so we can take a look?

The spreadsheet contains confidential information. Could I send it to you privately? Alternately I could allow you access to the administration panel…

Hi Grant,

Login details would probably be easier.

Please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi,

This was fixed in the version above yours, updating Event Espresso to the latest version will resolve it (Change log – see version 3.1.28.2)
