Events not showing in sidebar feed.

We are unable to get additional upcoming events to appear in the “Happening at FPCB” feed. I’ve even tried adding a new event, and it still won’t show.

The registration dates are open for today’s events. They should be showing since the registration date usually determines what will show in the feed.

Hi Laura,

The EVENT_LIST shortcode which you are using to pull the events uses the registration_dates first but also the event_dates.

Do you any events that have closed registration, but the event date has not passed?

So registration_end date would be previous to today but event_start is yet to have been?

No, every time an event is created, we make sure that the registration dates “surround” the event date. For example: for an event on 4/14/2014, the registration would open on 4/13/2014 (or earlier) and end 4/15/2014.

That should work, but I can see the issue on your site.

Would it be possible for me to take a look at the events to see if I can find the cause? Is so could you sent temporary log in detaisl using https://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
