Hi,

Events are not appearing in my app. We are already selling tickets and I went to test the app today to see the upcoming event would appear but nothing is coming up.

I have followed all the steps required.

755 Server Permissions for the files, Enabling XML-rpc writing settings, even got an SSL.

Not sure what else I can do but ask for some help!

Hi Mark,

I am assuming that this is for an iPhone or an Android phone?

Do you have the latest Ticketing add on plugin installed (2.0.9)?

Do you have the services software installed? http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/#services

Instructions are here
http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/mobile-apps/#iphone

If it is the iPad app, then you will need the JSON API, not the services (confusing I know, so sorry, but we are upgrading everything to the JSON API in time and the iPad app is new).

HI Mark,

It doesn’t look like the espresso-services folder and files were installed in the root directory. Normally when this is installed, you’d see the espresso-services index file when you go to:

Thanks Josh got it.. It was actually the permissions.

I was doing it from the cPanel File manager, which didn’t let me set it to 755 only 757.. Downloaded Filezilla and that did..

Thanks for your help..
