Editing a picture or text on a published event, changes pricing from General Admission to discounts for children/elders (if you have discounts for children/elders enabled) in the Events List page. To actually get it to work, I have to reset pricing to free, reload, and quickly input the pricing bottom to top. Regularly would be: General Admission, Children, Elderly. In this case would be: Children, Elderly, Admission. And because of this (has happened before, I think once or twice) a client bought a ticket for free. Please resolve issue! On several updates I’ve read:
“Fixes
Editing an admin only question in the Attendee page resets the ticket price
Attendee price info getting wiped out when attendee info updated in admin”.
Your issue sounds different to the 3.1.35.2 update as those relate to the attendee editor page, but updating is still advised.
We have not heard of anyone having issues with the main event editor resetting fields, nor can I reproduce this on my local sites (using EE 3.1.35.1).
As such it sounds like a possible conflict with another plugin, have you done any troubleshooting (i.e. deactivating other plugins)? If not I would recommend testing that to see if another plugin is causing the issue.
