I have the sidebar widget displaying upcoming events, and they display duplicate classes. Also, the classes that are displayed can’t be deleted because they aren’t in the Full list under Event Overview.

Notice the right sidebar widget displays duplicate classes, as well as, past events that cannot be removed/updated.

Please advise!

Hi,

Looking at the site the sidebar widget is displaying upcoming events with no duplicates and none I could see were past events.

I am assuming you resolved the issue?

If not please advise, and provide a link to the appropriate page with the issue.

Yes, I resolved the issue, but found that Live Search doesn’t find events. I have to filter by specific month to see the event in the list. Previous EE versions would find “Event Name” without a problem, anywhere in the entire list of 435 events. The duplicate issue was part of this problem I could find the 1 listing, but not the other. I had to go month by month to find the class via search.

Hi,

The Live Search issue could well be because in new versions we limit the number of items pulled from the database and displayed to help speed up the event overview page.

If you click the dropdown box next to the Retrieve button and select All and then click the Retrieve button it will load all the events and you should be able to use the Live Search feature with no issue.
