I found a support topic related to this topic but could not view the responses as it was restricted to certain user types

So I will ask the similar question here. I was very close to deciding on your product as it looked to have everything necessary. That is until discovering one limitation. This limitation is a non-negotiable for the purpose of registrants’ privacy.

The scenario is that each event would be handled by a different race director. But the names of people who register for each event should not be visible to directors of other races.

Hi,

There wasn’t much more to that thread, it merely states that the Roles and Permission add ons (Basic and Pro) were being developed for that situation (the thread is over a year old).

Basically, if you have Roles and Permissions Pro active (Roles and Permissions Basic is also required) then you can assign users a role of Event manager. They can create events and admins can see these events but other Event Managers do not have access to those events.

Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

This doesn’t quite answer the question, the same question that I have spotted in other threads.

I understand that Regional Event Managers can be created using Pro. These event managers can create and manager events.

Can these event managers ONLY see registrations and attendees for THEIR events?

Please answer YES or NO for clarity.
