Event Registration not allowing for second, third, etc. attendee info

I have registration set up on http://www.creativedifferencellc.com and since I added the multiple event registration, it no longer asks for the name, etc. of the second or third attendees. Please help! Thanks!

You are running Event Espresso Version 3.1.21.P. You will need to update to the latest version of Event Espresso.

Seth- Pardon my stupidity on this, but do I delete the current plugin and then install the new version? All of my event info will still be there, right? Thanks!

And could this also be why my promo code field is not showing up even though I have set the event to accept a specific promo code? Thanks!

Okay, I got it updated correctly and that resolved the multiple attendee issue. But the field to enter a Promo Code is still not showing up. Thanks

Hello,

Just wanted to check if you have managed to get the Promo code working? If not have you made sure the event has the “Allow discount codes?” set to Yes and the tick box for the Promo code ticked? (Basics I know but I like to check these things).

If it’s still not showing, feel free to send your login details and I can take a look for you.

Please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

I tired to be very careful and change the code exactly. Unfortunately now nothing is coming up for the shopping cart. I am happy to send login details. What email should I use? Client is anxious to get this working today because an email went out with the promo code. Thanks!

Please send WordPress admin level log in and FTP credentials via the contact form on this page: http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
