The “From” email address shows as WordPress . Which is half correct. How do I change it so that it shows as “Kemp Center ” ?
I get the event registrant email confirmation but not a notice for the admin. I have setup the email address in the WordPress settings correctly and the email in the EventExpresso General Overview settings correctly (which one of those does EventExpresso use?). I have checked my spam folder and nothing for the admin has come through. Any ideas on where I begin sleuthing this?
For the first one, set the “use fancy email headers” to yes. If emails stop working, set it to no and use a plugin like the Send From plugin.
For the second one, try setting an additional admin email to send to in the event options for a specific event. The field is labeled “Alternate Email Address (optional)”
You could also try installing and configuring the WP Mail SMTP plugin to send emails through an email account (like a gmail account) instead of using the mail server.
