Please advise. This is urgent… Event is tomorrow!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin with this one….

  1. When people click to check out with paypal, it shows 2 tickets when in paypal checkout page.
  2. We have several Completed registrations for free, without the use of a coupon code or member price. how???
  3. There are payments processed in paypal that don’t show up in ee backend and vice-versa
  4. There is a payment that displayed as unpaid in ee but shows as paid in paypal.

I’ll follow up while each of your questions below:

I did a test register and did not have this happen. Can you post a screenshot of this?

Are any of the events set to have a default payment status of Completed, or have an event price set to 0.00? If you have the members add-on active, it’s important to set a price for non-members and members.

There are payments processed in paypal that don’t show up in ee backend and vice-versa
There is a payment that displayed as unpaid in ee but shows as paid in paypal.
