Event pricing options not showing

Hi, it seems that I cant see different payment options though I have two price options for my events (for non members only) at aabc.nl

What could be the case?

Hi there,

I checked and it appears this code was added to the active theme’s stylesheet:

/*
temporary hack for prices
*/

.event_prices{
display:none!important
}

This will effectively hide the prices from the registration page.

Another thing to check is when you enter a non-member price in the admin, there needs to be a member price entered (even if it’s 0.00) .

I am sorry that was silly of me; we had disabled the display of prices while we were setting up the payment options and i forgot completely.

Thank you for your help, and for pointing out we should be adding member prices accordingly.

One question: can i have prices per member category? can the system detect your user group and display a different membership price per group?

Hi,

Not by default, though if you are using S2Member, one of the developers created an add on that will specify the starting point for the discount (e..g if you have 3 levels of members, the discount could be applied to level 2 and 3 but not level 1)
