I’ve setup a number of events and regardless of the price I put for the event, the price is always listed as $0.00 per participant and free. I have deactivated all additional plugins and even re-installed the event espresso plugin. I am on version 3.1.29.1.P and WordPress 3.5. Please help.

Hi Raffi,

Which add-ons are installed (please include the version numbers) ?

Can you post a link to the registration page so we can investigate further?

Hi Raffi,

With the Members add-on, it needs to have a price set for both non-members and members. The members prices are set in the right column. Can you verify that there are prices set for members?

You can also check for older templates from a previous version of Event Espresso in the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates directory. If there are any templates in that location, they need to be removed or updated to be in sync with the current version.

Yes both the members & regular price are set. I even deactivated the Members add-on and I was still getting the same issue.

Then I’d recommend looking for templates in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. Those need to be kept up to date if there are any in that location.

It was my custom code that was causing it. Thanks.
