Is there a way to create prerequisites for registering for a specific event?

I am planning on using Event Espresso as part of training management system for a large snowsports school. A number of our events/sessions have certain prerequisites.

Pre requisites could be a previous event attendance, membership level, or, specific information from the membership profile.

Hi Jonathan,

There isnt an pre-requisites built into the plugin by default.

We currently have a Beta plugin in the Pre Release channel called S2 Integration that works alongside S2Member and our WP User Integration add on plugin, but this currently only modifies the price based on membership level.

I believe that it wouldnt be too hard to create a custom function or plugin to do something similar to what you are asking, especially if the users are logged in. You could perhaps refer to one of our recommended developers – http://staging.eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/

Thank you for the quick reply. I will do contact one of your developers. One other question, is there a event review function built into Event Espresso? For example, is there a way to send a customer a review form for the event they have recently attended? Furthermore, if this exists, could it be attached to “mark as attended” button in the ticketing plugin?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Jonathan,

No, the only way to do that would be to send an email to the event’s attendees all at once, which contained either questions which they can respond back to with a reply or a link to a survey/poll system like surveymonkey.com

It is a good idea though, I’ll add it to our feature list.
