Hello,

I am wanting to create a page in Thesis that will display all the upcoming events but will display event posts with a registration form, venue and price below it (Which is possible using shortcode)

How can I possible do this in Thesis? I’ve been really wondering as I am currently using QueryBox.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Best Regards,
Andrea

Scratch the previous Question – I have it setup here – http://www.womenwithaltitude.com.au/events/

I’ve used the widget Event Espresso Upcoming Events to do it.

But I need help in getting a snippet or an excerpt on each upcoming events – and a read more on each as well.

Your Prompt response would really be appreciated. THanks

Hi Andrea,

It appears you already have this working now.

From looking at the page you no longer use the widget to display the events. I’m assuming a custom page template?

As you use the ‘Create a Post’ feature all your events create post’s at the same time as EE events. This means you can pull/style those posts in the same way you can any other WordPress post.

Do you now have it working how you intended or is something else you would like to change?
