Our event Uqualla Workshop is not coming up in right spot on list of events…would you please fix this? We put in correct date and time slot but it’s coming up at very bottom of our event list. I think this is error you can fix. thank you, michelle

the events are not lining up according to date / time order, they’re showing up in the order by their ID #….this isn’t making sense.

Can you please post a link to the page in question and let us know what the shortcode is that is being used to display a list of events?

we have our list of all events, and many of our events take place on same days..but different time slots. One of our events is not lining up in proper sequence, it’s showing up under other events on same day that are scheduled later. These events seem to be ordered by the number value they are assigned. How can we change the number on an event so it shows up in the list the way we would like? There has to be an easy way to order sequence our events, yes?

i don’t know what that is, but we haven’t changed anything, so it’s the default one I guess

If you haven’t changed anything then you didn’t follow the advise in the related thread started by you or someone else on your team:

http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/order-of-events-need-to-edit/

You can order the events by date and start time by using this shortcode:
[EVENT_LIST order_by=date(start_date),start_time sort=ASC]
