Just wanted to post that today I updated to 3.1.27 and events were being charged at $0 at the confirm registration screen. When filling out the registration details, the price showed correctly, but was set to $0 at the confirm registration screen.
I had made no changes to any events and the issue only occurred after upgrade. I deleted the volume discounts and multi-event registration plugins. Neither had been configured for use on events.
Because of the urgency of fixing the issue, I didn’t have time to track down the details.
I wanted to let you know because we had a lot of “free” registrations come through that we’ll now have to follow up on now to collect payment.
Hi Dean,
Yes, the pricing worked correctly after removing the plugins.
The sequence of events was:
Upgrade from 3.1.26 to 3.1.27
Install Volume Discounts
Update Multi-Registration to latest patch. (Had been installed but not used)
Thanks for reporting this. We’ll do some testing and look into it.
