Our client is experiencing another strange issue with Event Espresso and PayPal. According to the client, when someone registers and pays for themselves for an event, then goes back and registers and pays for a second person, Event Espresso is only capturing registration information for the “other” person only. The initial registrant (where the registered name and payment name match) doesn’t show up at all in Event Espresso. Any ideas what might be causing the problem, and what to do to solve this? Thank you.
They need to not go back (eg hitting the back button) or they may end up overwriting the previous registration.
What you could do is add a link to the payment overview page that links to the main registration page and include a message box that has a helpful instruction to not hit the back button if they’d like to register someone else.
