Hello, I have 2 questions for you. We have a client who is looking at switching from Constant Contact to EE for their events.
1. To help them decide, do you have a FAQ sheet that explains why EE is better than Constant contact?
2. They want to keep CC for their newsletter. Will EE work with CC for that, or do you have another service you recommend, such as mail chimp?

Hi Cindy,

We don’t have any sort of comparison sheet or FAQ detailing the differences between Event Espresso and Constant Contact, as they are very different pieces of software.

Event Espresso does not focus on email marketing, however we do have an addon that assists with this, the only currently supported email marketing system is Mailchimp.

Does it work with constant contact if I want to put a link to a event in a newsletter or email?

Hi Cindy,

That would be a good question to ask Constant Contact. If they allow links to your website in their emails I think that would be the case.
