Hello, I have Ee version 3.1.30.2, and this is the message I see below the plugin:

There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.32.2P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I’ve tried uploading the newest version of the plugin, but I always get set back to 3.1.30.2. The add-ons have never updated and I believe they are out of date as well. I attempted to reset my site license key as it’s only active on one domain as it is, but that seems to have done nothing.

Users are reporting all manner of troubling errors, from not being asked for payment, to being sent to blank pages, and other hassles as well. I have to assume it’s due to this lack of updates. We’ve been running event espresso for 2 years without many problems.

My registrations are available at http://www.vk.org/wpsite/summer-camp and any of the “click here to register for…!” links. Thanks.

Hi there,

I’m sorry for the trouble. It looks like you could use a new key. I’ll go and get a new key for your account. What you can do on your end is delete the old key that’s in Event Espresso>General settings.

Then, after you delete and save the Event Espresso>General options page you can save the page one more time with the key field empty. This will ensure that the old api settings are completely removed from your site.

Then, you can copy/paste in the new key that’s on your account page and save.
