Event Espresso isn't sending comfirmation email

I have been trying to send test email confirmations to see whether or not event espresso is sending the right information. However no emails are being sent.

Hi Michael,

Have they checked to see if these emails are getting caught in the spam folder? This is the usual case. We have a plugin that can be used to send transactional emails through the PostMark or Mandrill services. These services are designed to ensure email delivery and are highly recommended.
