I can’t upgrade b/c it says I need a valid support license key.
My key is valid – copied right off the event espresso site.
I even tried deleting it from within my wordpress site – & saving – so there was none
Then re-entering it and saving … still get the same error message:
“There is a new version of Espresso Ticketing available. View What’s New with version 2.0.10.1. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

Hi Rob,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
