Always ends up stuck there :( i have a few hundred guest to check in
Please consider putting the old app back up for a while.

Hi Nicole,

Can you confirm the app version (just so we are clear) and the device you are using please?

Does it freeze every time you try to check someone in?

Have you tried force closing the app?

Hey I am using a Samsung note 3 running Jelly bean 4.3 – stock rom.

I have the latest one form the android store which is 2.0.6

And it happens after reinstalling. After about 25 or so successful trials. it freezes. I have force closed it and restarted, but it gets frozen again. I didnt have an issue with the old version (non HD)

Hi Nicole,

We have issued a ticket for the android developer to look into this and will get back to you asap.

Just to confirm, after scanning ~25 tickets when you click to scan another the app freezes like in the picture?

Can you go to the application manager (Usually within settings) find Event Espresso within the list, tap it, then do ‘Clear Cache’ and see if it then works?

You could also try ‘Clear Data’ (same screen) which will reset the app back to a clean install.
