I also just discovered that every time a registration is sent from event espresso to infusionsoft (through your integration) a new product is created even if that product/event already exists. Why would it not just query if that product exists and use it rather then duplicate it?
I am unclear currently if this is by design or an issue in the plugin, but I can see that a product with a different SKU is created in the products area. I will refer to the lead developer on this and get back to you.
IF this is the case that event espresso created a new product fro each person who registers for the same event I would have to say this is a major drawback, hopefully this can be corrected.
I am still awaiting a response from the developers on this (thanksgiving + weekend got in the way) so they or I will get back to you about it as soon as possible.
