Lately whenever I go into a series and make edits to the details of an event, whether it be changing or extending dates, edits to content, etc), upon clicking “update event” it puts in random older dates for the event end date, reg start, reg end, event start dates. It does it whether I choose “all events in the series” or “this and all upcoming events”. So no matter what I do when I save the event, it ultimately puts it in “not-active” state making all of the classes not available for registration on our website.

Hi Karen,

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue that we are working on. We will release a fix in an update. I don’t know that it will be the very next one, but we are working on it.

For the time being, the workaround is to either enter the dates manually (instead of using the dropdown calendar), or you can re-select the end dates to correct them within the calendar.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.
