Hello,

my client mentions that he needs to have the event date and time in the admin confirmation emails.  Isn’t this already included in the default confirmation email that goes out to the Admin ? Where can this be edited, if needed ?

thanks

Hello Florian,

In Event Espresso > General Settings > Email Settings, you can set the default emails. Use the shortcodes below to display the event dates and times.

[start_date], [start_time] – The start date and time of the event

[end_date], [end_time] – The end date and time of the event

Jonathan,

these seem to be the emails that go out to the client, not the admin.

Please double check and confirm.

Florian

Hi Florian,

In Event Espresso 3.1.X Admin emails are not editable without editing a core file. This isnt great we realise that, which is why the Messaging system in 4.0 will be much more robust and flexible.
