(This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/staging-poc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114 Event Calendar widget not displaying on any page apart from the Posts page | Event Espresso - Staging Server
I’m using WordPress 3.6.1, with Event Espresso Version 3.1.35.1.P and Event Calendar Version 2.0.6.3.
I’m using a mildy customised version of the latest Twenty Thirteen theme.
I’ve got a sidebar set up, with the Upcoming Events widget and the Event Calendar widget.
The Upcoming Events widget shows up fine on every page, but the Event Calendar widget ONLY shows up on the posts page – it’s driving me mad!
I don’t have any other plugins active at the moment. I’ve switched to the vanilla Twenty Thirteen and Twenty Twelve themes and the problem persists.
The widget is looking for a calendar page, to make sure it doesnt load on that page (its virtually the same code so will break). So if you have a page with the calendar on it, enter the page ID in the Calendar Page box in the widget. If not just enter a number such as 99999999, and it will appear.
All sorted – cheers ;-)
I’d read about the clashing issue, but it wasn’t totally clear that the widget needed the reference to display properly.
