Hello! I am trying to find out if you have any add-ons or ways for reporting/searching for users activity. What I would like to do is run a search on the database by name, zipcode, or dates and see a breakdown of the information that I searched. If I search for John,Doe I would like to see a history of his attended events, does that make sense? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Natalia,

Event Espresso 4 introduces transaction reporting which provides an overview on how much revenue you are earning from registrations:

http://staging.eventespresso.com/features/transaction-reporting/

You cannot currently split this information into zip/postal codes. However, you can see a history of events that a customer has attended by viewing their profile:

Cheers

Lorenzo

Thank you, this is however only one aspect of reporting that I need to provide. This will not be handling any fees associated with events so I do not need financial reports. What I do need is a way to attach a name to zip codes that are entered and then be able to search for an individuals name and pull back all occurrences of that zip code between a defined start and end time. Does anything like this exist within the system or do you know of a plugin that works well with the DB fields that EE creates? Thank you.

Hi Natalia,

Event Espresso doesn’t have any other reporting other than what Lorenzo mentioned. You will need to contract a developer or if you really need this feature we might consider adding it if you can help with the cost (more information about Sponsored Development http://staging.eventespresso.com/about/philosophy/#sponsored-development), otherwise we’ll add it to our list of feature requests.
