Espresso members plugin deletes record of payment

When using the espresso members plugin, it is possible to cancel registration for an event. This is done from the “My Events” page. The problem is that it deletes the attendee record rather than giving it a canceled (or something like that) status. This could be a problem if there is no other record of payment. A quick fix might be to provide a configuration option to prevent users from being able to perform automated cancellations. For now, I will change the code in my_events_page.php to prevent user from deleting their payment information.
