Members can join my site for one year. During that year, they can purchase tickets (events) via event espresso at a discounted member rate. At the end of the year the active member Level 1 gets demoted to subscriber. As a subscriber member they are still allowed to login and get the discounted member rate.
I do not want to limit access to the registration page from subscribers as I still want them to be able to get tickets, just not at the discount rate.
I thought about deleting their account, but would like members to rejoin at a later time and still see their old tickets and additional information tied to their accounts.
What are your suggestions? What have other members done to overcome this?
The WP user integration add-on doesn’t have the capability to differentiate between levels of membership, so all user levels/roles have the same access to prices.
