If you click on URL above and ‘ADD TO CART’ you’ll see what I mean. It just happened! No code work now. Please help. It use to work very well before.
It looks like something is adding in break tags into the input field itself.
You could test this by temporarily changing to a default theme such as Twentytwelve.
It could also potentially be a plugin that is affecting it.
You could also try to temporarily rename the uploads/espresso folder to force the plugin to use the default templates rather than the modified ones you currently are using.
Thanks for response. I’ve trie switch to the default theme. It doesn’t help. Maybe some plugins. Before this I’ve installed Price Modifier but later I removed it.
All my tests confirm there is nothing wrong with the coupon code field in any test environment so I have to conclude that there has either been some modifications to the plugin files or that the theme or a plugin are causing an issue.
Hi Dean,
After test and try for many hours, now I found that it’s a conflict between plugins. The one that causes this thing is ‘Contact Form Free’ by web-dorado.com/products/wordpress-form.html
After I deactivate it, now everything become alright.
OK, I have to find another Contact Form.
Thanks for your comments.

One more thing I have to tell you about the plugin conflict. When I use shortcode MY_EVENT_LIST with WPMU Dev ‘Ultimate facebook’ plugin, it also causes the list breaking out of the Theme to the top of the page and show the error dialog box. :( I use this plugin for my facebook user to link and login easily.
