Hi,

I am getting an Empty Cart notice once a user has registered for an event and is redirected to PayPal.

I have tried setting up the listings two ways ….
First way .
[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=’http://crowleyfl.org/crowleyfolkschool/files/2012/10/button_addtocart.jpg’ direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”]
.(URL: http://crowleyfolkschool.org/classes/calendar/event-registration/?regevent_action=register&event_id=26).
I have saved the code through the HTML viewer which my theme adds the paragraph code and I don’t know how to get it to stop. .
I also tried saving it through the Visual editor which makes the button disappear. Both ways give me the Empty cart notice in PayPal.
.
The second way.
[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK] .
(URL: http://crowleyfolkschool.org/classes/calendar/event-registration/?regevent_action=register&event_id=25) .
I entered the short code through the HTML Editor but saved it when I was in VISUAL editor. I have also tried all of the ways mentioned above and I am still getting the Empty cart notice..

What am I doing wrong? Please help. Thank you.

Forgot to mention adding [raw] does not work.

I’m not at a computer, so I tried that page from my phone and it went all the way to PayPal. There was also a total in the PayPal cart.

What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?

I’m using Firefox 16.0.1. I have cleared my cache and refreshed the page with no luck.

I just tried it on Safari and Chrome and it works there. Sorry, I should have thought of that before contacting you.

Thank you for responding on a Saturday… very much appreciated

Hey Laney,

Tested with Firefox 13 (maybe I should have updated earlier!) and both links took me to PayPal with amounts in the cart.

I updated to 16.01 and had no issues there either, PayPal showed the cart contents correctly.

I cant see any other obvious issues.

Must have been something goofy in my system that day … everything is working smoothly now.

THANK YOU for all of your support and time.
